When you request a quote or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, pool details, preferred contact method and any information you include in your message.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate service needs, prepare estimates, schedule work, provide service communication and improve our operations. We do not sell personal information.

Website analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic, page usage and actions such as quote requests or contact-link selections. We do not intentionally send the personal information entered in our quote form—such as your name, email address, phone number or service address—to Google Analytics.

Service communications

Customers may receive operational email communications related to quote requests, scheduled work and completed pool service. Marketing messages, if offered, will be handled separately from service notifications.

Data retention and security

We retain inquiry and customer information only as reasonably needed for business, service, recordkeeping and legal purposes. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we use reasonable measures to protect submitted information.
